At first it was a bit hard to use the door lock takes a while before it releases. It is louder than I thought it would be,drum size will be great for my super king sized bedding at 9kilo. Lots of different cycles to choose, no easy guide to follow which would have been handy instead of having to read all the manual. I'm sure it will get easier the more I use it as haven't had one for a few years and it was a basic one. The colour fits in lovely with my other appliances. It comes with 10yr parts guarantee you have to pay for the engineers time.
